A 50% deposit is required to reserve your project and begin design work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the design phase.

Furniture, décor, materials, and other purchases are not included in design fees unless otherwise specified and are the responsibility of the client.

For in person services you must be located in the DMV area.
